Juicing for High Vitamin C

Don’t forget about the high vitamin C content of vegetables! Often times a good veggie drink can have as much or more vitamin C as fruit Juice.
Try this recipe to get started:
- 1/2 cup broccoli tops with stems
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 sweet red bell pepper
- 2 apples, cut into wedges for easier juicing
