Monkey Shake
Want a low calorie breakfast morning drink? Look no further, here we offer a sweet drink to get you started!
1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded, sliced
1 or 2 oranges, peeled
1 banana, peeled
Orange twist
Papaya, orange then pour into blender add banana and LIQUEFY! Garnish with an orange twist if you must!
Breakfast Juicing Recipe
1/4 pineapple with skin, peeled
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, peeled
Juice pineapple pour into blender and add blueberries and banana… this recipe is not only yummy but very healthy too. A great quick juicing recipe for a healthy breakfast.

1/2 beet including top
2 carrots
1 apple, cut into wedges
alternate feeding ingredients into juicer
