Pineapple-Ginger Ale
Not only is this drink yummy but also therapeutic!
1/4 inch slice of ginger
1/2 pineapple with skin, sliced

1/4 lemon with skin

Juice the ginger and lemon and add to water, nutmeg and cardamom can be added for flavor.
